Christe and I have always thought that our family could grow in nontraditional ways.
We never knew what this would look like, but were always open to God's leading. About
two years ago Christe began to develop a heart for adoption as we prayed about adding
to our family. Six months later my heart was in line with hers. I was convinced
immediately that we should adopt internationally and that our daughter should come from
China!
In a short time we were both in agreement that we should pursue one of the little girls that
are abandoned in China every year. We chose America World as our agency and began the
